Return & Exchange Policy

The Organic Tshirt is committed to providing 100% quality Australian Made Organic Cotton garments.

 

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will provide a one-time exchange for the same item different size. All returns are subject to the following conditions (‘Return Conditions’), except in the case of faulty items, which may be returned by the Faulty item section below.

  • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt:
    • We will use the tracked delivery date for online purchases as your receipt date
  • You have a valid proof of purchase;
  • The items are unworn and in a saleable condition;
  • The items have not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged while with you; and
  • The swing tag and any other applicable packaging are still attached.
  • You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To request the exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Request the exchange form by email at info@theorganictshirt.com.au
  • After receiving your email, we will send you an online exchange form you need to complete and submit online.
  • Once you have completed the form, place the original receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return inside the return package. 
  • Send the package to The Organic Tshirt, 2/150 Ferguson Street. Glen Innes NSW 2370.
  • Please send us the tracking number as soon as you have shipped the item/s
  • Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect them, and if approved, we will send the new item/s. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

REFUND CONDITIONS 

Please Note: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make an incorrect purchase. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a significant problem. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. You can choose a refund or replacement if it cannot be repaired. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under the law if the items have been damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty. Due to hygiene reasons, headbands/slouch beanies cannot be returned. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the return. Please refer to the instructions below:

  2. After receiving your email, we will send you a form you need to complete and return with the item(s).
  3. Place the original receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return and the form inside the return package.
  4. Send the package to The Organic Tshirt, 2/150 Ferguson Street. Glen Innes NSW 2370.
  5. Please send us the tracking number as soon as you have shipped the item/s
  6. Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect them, and if approved, we will send the new item/s. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  7. Postage costs will not be refunded. 

 

The Organic Tshirt reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the same condition in which we sent them.

 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY WHOLESALE ORDERS

Please Note: garments are made to order, so once you (the wholesale customer) approve the purchase order and pay the deposit, we will not accept the cancellation of the order. Any deposit paid is not refundable. Once the order is ready for pick up, we will require payment of the balance and arrange a meeting for you (wholesale customer) to inspect your order & pick it up.  If you are not completely satisfied with any product manufactured by The Organic Tshirt, please email us immediately. No refund will be accepted at any time on wholesale orders, but we may offer a credit back for your next order with no expiry period.

GIFT

Items purchased as gifts will be eligible for the same Exchange & Returns Conditions. Please Note: Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@theorganictshirt.com.au.
