Return & Exchange Policy


The Organic Tshirt is committed to  providing quality Australian made organic cotton garments. With our 100% satisfaction guarantee we will provide a one-time exchange or refund.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by The Organic Tshirt, please contact us by email at stefania@theorganictshirt.com.au

After we receive your email, we will send you a refund/exchange form that you need to complete before returning the item(s).

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & refund/exchange form.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stefania@theorganictshirt.com.au

After we receive your email, we will send you a refund/exchange form that you need to complete before returning the item(s).

Place the original receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return and the return/exchange form inside the return package.

Send the package to: The Organic Tshirt, 6/8 Pembury Road. Minto. NSW 2566. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send the new item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

If you need to return an item and require a refund, send us an email at stefania@theorganictshirt.com.au

After we receive your email, we will send you a refund/exchange form that you need to complete before returning the item(s).

Place the original receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return and the return/exchange form inside the return package.

Send the package to: The Organic Tshirt, 6/8 Pembury Road. Minto. NSW 2566.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then the refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not refund

> Any item not in its original condition, if it is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

> Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at stefania@theorganictshirt.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible to exchange it. If you decide to return it,  you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

 Shipping back to us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This exchange & return policy doesn't apply to wholesale customers

Wholesale Orders - Please Note: garments are made to order so once you (the wholesale customer) approve the purchase order and pay the deposit, we will not accept the cancellation of the order. Deposit is not refundable. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by The Organic Tshirt, please contact us by email immediately and return the garments within 14 days from the day you have received them.

No refund will be accepted at any time. However, we will exchange garments only if they are faulty but you need to notify us immediately and return the garments within 14 days from the day you have received them. No refund or exchange if garments have been custom printed. Garments must be in their original condition. No exchange after the 14 days period or if you have altered garments in any way.
